The Moon Valley Date Factory was established in 2009 in Jericho, Jordan to develop the local date sector. It has a production capacity of 500kg per hour and is located on 12,000 square meters of land. The factory provides storage, filling, packaging, sorting, and distribution services and creates jobs for 30 employees while benefiting 45 farmers.
