Wheatgrass is a nutritious food which is prepared
from the common wheat plant.
The first experiment on Wheat grass was conducted
in 1930 by Charles F Schnabel on young grasses.
And the first time this experiment was attempt on
dying hens which not only recovered, but they
produced eggs at a higher rate than healthy hens.

4. CULTIVATION

The chemist’s first research was conducted on wheat
grass in Kansas (U.S.A).
This grass requires slow growth of about 200 days
when the grass is grown outdoors.
Wheatgrass which is grown outdoors is harvested
and dehydrated at low temperature to produce in
tablet and powder form.

Mix 1 spoon Wheatgrass Powder in a glass of warm
water, stir well & drink on an empty stomach in
morning.
First 5 days - 1 spoon in morning.
6th to 10th day - 1 spoon in morning and evening.
11th day onwards - 2 spoon in morning and evening.

Firstly the wheat seeds are grown into wheat sprouts
within 3 to 4 days.
Then sprouts are grown into grasses within 7 days.
