£35-40k OTE + Company Car + Package
Our client is an established and successful Family run Dealership Group
operating from four Dealerships in the Midlands with an exceptionally loyal
customer base and an emphasis on delivering customer service that is
second to none. They require two New and Used Car Sales Executives of
the highest calibre to join their busy sales departments at their Car
Dealerships in Telford and Shrewsbury. They are able to offer a rare
opportunity to the right people who are able to demonstrate a successful
and stable sales track record. The ideal candidates will take pride in their
ability to maximise sales and profit opportunities whilst simultaneously
delivering exceptional levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Focussed on achieving goals, you will possess excellent interpersonal
skills and will be recognised as being a self-motivated team player.
This position is within a busy sales environment, as such you will be
provided with a competitive remuneration package with a £35k to £40k
realistic and uncapped OTE and vehicle as well as industry leading
product and manufacturer training. Our clients’ ethos towards internal

The successful applicants will be highly motivated, efficient and organised.
You must be used to working in a competitive and process driven
automotive sales environment and possess excellent communication and
customer handling skills. These are fulltime positions involving 21 days
work in every 28 days with 28 days annual leave.
