Imagine

Editor's Notes
The most important skill we need to develop for the 21st century is our ability to build strong partnerships. And at the core of solid partnerships are relationships driving connected networks. The organizations that are re-inventing themselves are the ones that are moving to the edges with purpose. A connected network knows no boundaries. Leaders move from seeing a world of scarcity where they needed to compete to one of abundance where they can create new markets. This interactive workshop will focus on this new currency of partnership, trust and new possibilities between start-ups and large organizations.
CULTURE & STRUCTURE OF AN ORGANIZATION:
Creating an organizational culture that embraces new ideas and nurtures innovation:
How to build successful innovation programs within corporate environment
Build a culture of innovation
We started to apply it in different places…like disease strategies, at different time point fo the protocol design in different therapeutic areas at diff feasibility in ….as a result of design thinking , teams made started to view their trial problems differently… they saw thinngs form a totally different angle….saw gaps and needs they never saw before. From these insights they created new problem statements that generated novel solutions…
My colleague Joling Mew will now share with you how we are integrating empathy into our R&D Process.
Many study teams tried a different approach to tackling their real design or operational challenge—to co-create solutions through conversations with actual patients and physicians. These interactions are called Imaginarium sessions.
