   Relationships, not transactions. Surfing a set of flows usually
    requires deep, enduring, trusted relationships — because flows
    are like always-on sets of transactions that happen in continuous
    time, embedded in a social and cultural matrix

    flows — can't be engineered, planned, or forced.
