Évaluation d’impact, Du projet à l’action entrepreneuriale, Management visuel de projets,

• 8 – 13 millions €/year
But value creation is not benefit !
This is why venture firms have problems with MOOCs while European universities are
developing them on : benefit first / value creation first.

No, its not the same « open »
– OER “Open” means :
• freely re-usable (4 freedoms : re-use, remix, sell, modify & redistribute ...)
– MOOC “Open” means :
• wider audience: enrolment is open to all
