2. BEVERAGE RECIPE
1. BANANA SOYA SMOOTHIE WITH SALABAT
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup of Soymilk, chilled
1 ripe Lakatan Banana, sliced
2 tablespoon of ginger brew (powder)
1 teaspoon of Lime Juice
¾ cup of Crushed Ice
PROCEDURE:
Add banana, soy milk, ginger brew (powder) and lime juice all together in a blender
Blend or osterize until smooth consistently is reached
Serve cold.
3. BEVERAGE RECIPE
2. CUCUMBER LIME HERBAL JUICE
INGREDIENTS:
4 tablespoon of Herbal Infusion (see below)
2 tablespoon of Lime Juice
3 sprig of Mint Leaves
1 cup of Cucumber sliced, not peeled
1 tablespoon of white Sugar
¾ cups of Crushed Ice
Herbal Infusion Recipe
1 cup Chamomile Tea Bag
1 cup of boiled water with herbs such as Spearmint, sliced Lemon, and Thyme
4. BEVERAGE RECIPE
2. CUCUMBER LIME HERBAL JUICE
PROCEDURE:
Prepare the Herbal Infusion Recipe( set aside)
Add the herbal infusion recipe, lime, mint leaves, cucumber, crushed ice
and sugar all together in a blender
Blend or osterize until consistently reached and served cold.
5. SALAD RECIPE
1. FRESH FRUIT TOSSED SALAD WITH SOYACREAM
INGREDIENTS:
½ cup of sliced apple
½ cup of sliced grapes
½ cup of sliced strawberry
½ cup of sliced papaya
Soyacream Recipe
½ cup of Taho
¼ cup of Soymilk
6. SALAD RECIPE
Soyacream Recipe
½ cup of shredded Cheddar Cheese
½ tablespoon of white Sugar
PROCEDURE:
Mix all ingredients together in a wooden bowl
Chill before serving
7. SALAD RECIPE
2. FRESH GARDEN SALAD WITH STRAWBERRY SOYANAISE
INGREDIENTS:
1 Lettuce head
3-5 slices (Strips) of Vegetables such as cucumber,sugar
Carrots, turnips, tomato and bellpepper
1 teaspoon of Parmesan Cheese (Optional)
Strawberry Soyanaise
½ cup of Taho
1 tablespoon of Olive Oil
1 cup of sliced Strawberry
8. SALAD RECIPE
Strawberry Soyanaise
¼ cup of Shreded Chedar Cheese
1 clove garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
PROCEDURE:
Assemble all the vegetable in a platter
Add all the ingredients for soyanaise and blend Sprinkle with parmesan
cheese
Serve the dressing separately in a sauce dish
