Strawberry Smoothie
This delicious drink is healthy for kids and adults.
Prep Time - 0 Minutes
Cooking Time - 5 Minutes
Serves - 2
Strawberry Smoothie
Ingredients –
 8 strawberry pieces
 115 ml skimmed milk
 ½ cup yoghurt
 10 gms vanilla extract
Preparation –
 Combine all the ingredients in a mixer and blend till the
texture appears creamy
 Serve instantly by garnishing with strawberry fruit cut in halves.
Green Smoothie
This recipe is for those who love everything in green fruits and vegetables. This
smoothie is fat-free, refreshing, healthy and high in fibre. This is made up of
wheatgrass and contains 17 amino acids. This is extremely rich in proteins,
Vitamin A, B-Complex, I and K.
Preparation Time – 5 minutes
Cooking time - 2 minutes
Serves - 2 people
Green Smoothie
Ingredients –
 50 gm wheatgrass (fresh)
 1 cucumber
 50gm spinach
 Mint leaves
 1 tsp honey
Method-
Blend all the ingredients in a juicer and serve immediately after garnishing with
mint leaves.
Blueberry Smoothie
This thick and delicious smoothie is made by blending blueberries with milk,
sugar and yoghurt.
Preparation time - 0 minutes
Cooking time - 5 minutes
Serves - 2 people
Blueberry Smoothie
Ingredients –
 1 cup blueberries
 220 gm yoghurt
 ¾ cup milk
 2 tbsp sugar
Method –
Add the blueberries, yoghurt, milk, sugar and ice in food processor. Blend till you
get the desired consistency.
Mango & Pineapple Smoothie
This smoothie is for refreshing summer holidays and is loved by kids and adults. It
is made of fresh mangoes and pineapples.
Prep Time - 0 minutes
Cooking time - 10 minutes
Serves - 2 people
Mango & Pineapple smoothie
Ingredients –
 1 cup chopped pineapple
 1 cup mango (sliced)
 ½ cup yoghurt
 1 cup milk
 Sugar (as per taste)
Method –
Chop the mango and pineapple in cubes. Add the cubes in blender along with
milk, yoghurt and sugar. Blend all the ingredients until smooth and serve chilled.
Kiwi smoothie
This thick and refreshing smoothie is prepared with fresh kiwi and yoghurt.
Prep Time - 0 minutes
Cooking time - 10 minutes
Serves - 2
Ingredients –
 1 cup chopped kiwi
 ½ cup yoghurt
 1 tbsp. sugar
Method –
Blend all the ingredients in food processor until it becomes smooth. Serve
immediately.
