This document outlines plans to implement a network support structure for Baltimore City Public Schools to improve collaboration and accountability. The network structure involves grouping schools into networks supported by network teams. Each network team will have a leader plus members focused on achievement, business/operations, and student support. The network teams will work to streamline support, facilitate resource sharing, and provide guidance to improve student outcomes across schools. The network structure aims to strengthen connections between schools and central office functions through the network team model.
