Management is the process which is done by the man or human being
.According to the management fundamentals there are certain
management practices done by the man or human, but about the
management by god what, where and when god had tells us about the
management which we had to follow in our daily and in the office work.
How we can relates the management by god to the daily activity and by
the fundamental which they had given to the human being.
Apart from the god there is one supreme power called param peth
parmeshwar by the hindu mythology. If we relates it to the management
then we can say that param petha parmeshwar is equivalent to the
company owner .The company owner looks after all the of the worker or
human beings in the company and do the management of the company.
The company owner give guidance to the human resources department,
finance department, sales and marketing department and the employee
of the company .The company owner makes the policy statement that
how the company should run properly in the market and sustainable in
the competitive world of company.param petha parmeshwar or lord
relates to the company owner who handles the up’s and downs of the

amount of salary according to the performance of the human being salary

the human being and gives the wealth which the human being gain by the
potential in them.
Destroyer is the god shiv according to the god shiv he destroy the human
being if they do not do the things in a better manner .and if we relates to
the management of the company code of conduct .If we relates the

sales and marketing department. There are lot of company in the world
and if one company want to do sustainable business in this world Then
the company had to do competition with the other company .To make the
share of company up and sustainable growth in share market we had to
do some changes in own company so that the shares of other company
goes down, products and services which the company sells and do
marketing if the sales and marketing department reduces the price of the
product then the other company product will not sells in the market.
According to the hindu mythology before starting any good work god
