Oversee all aspects of financial operations for three of Lands' End's direct/online business units ($1.2B): US, International (UK, Germany and Japan) and Business/School Uniforms. Responsible for forecasting and budgeting, long range planning, operational analysis/decision making, and business decision support, while assisting with accounting and controls. Work closely with business unit and country heads to deliver business outcomes, as well functional leaders including marketing, operations (distribution, call center), sourcing, sales, inventory planning and merchandising. Oversee a team of 26 finance professionals located in the US, Europe and Japan.
