- In the end it is up to you……..It is so true that if you are going to repeat years, are you really going to get where you want……
- Are you tolerating things you shouldn’t?
- Don’t waste your time setting goals if you do not have the discipline to achieve them. It is just confirming the cycle of letting yourself down.
- Action will beat anything any day of the week.

- It is not the activity it is the results? Do you hate getting up Monday Morning, love going exercise, love eating healthy ?
- typical ice berg effect, you only see whats up top. People want that, delayed gratification. Facebook rant. Team Survey wanting to be paid more and the sacrifices they make.
- Who you hang out with is important.
- Make it Simple!
- Explain the tick boxes!
- Take 2 days out and put things in your diary. Have no compromise strategies and tasks, put everything in there. What tools do you need, simple thing like bits of paper, excel spreadsheets. We use belt gradings to get where we need to.
- Simple and effective way to focus on the plan at hand.
- Have a 2 page list of all common and working marketing ideas.
