Meeting Name:
– It should be meaningful to someone who was not in the
meeting and to know why the meeting took place
– Prefix with date (Example: “0817 XXXX”)
Record the exact start and end time
All roles (Meeting Host, Minute Taker, Time Keeper,
Whiteboard Writer) must be recorded

• State the Discussion topics of the meeting
• The agenda should be sent out prior to the
meeting to all participants
