Countertops – (Prefab) – Caulking gun, Adhesive chalk, Shims, Sandpaper/File, Wood screws, Tub and
tile caulk.
Sink – Template, Utility knife, Spud wrench or groove joint pliers, Caulking gun, Silicone caulk, Drain kit,
Plumber’s putty and gloves.
Faucet – Screwdriver, Groove-joint pliers, Latex tub/tile caulk, Pipe joint compound, PVC trap and drain
line, Supply risers, and compression fittings.
Kitchen Appliances – Dishwasher material – Compression T-Fitting, Shut off valve, Copper Tubing,
Drain line and clamps, Electrical cable, and basic tools. Cooktop material – Junction box, and Cable.
Range/Refrigerator – Basic installation tools.
Walls – General painting supplies.
Lighting – Insulated screwdriver, Electrical supplies/general tools, clamps, wire connectors, Fixture,
Threaded nipple and Mounting strap.
Laminate Flooring – Flooring and Spacers, Glue, Padding, Hammer, Installation block, Putty knife, Strap
Clamps.
