Come a long way from Filers + Pilers to talk of the number of eamils filed per day, per week. We have Foley with their 25m email library, Robson Cole filing 80,000 emails per month DLA filing 240,000 per month and Hunton at 410,000 per month. When we did the our Email Wellness survey we saw lower rates of 5 emails for every one docuemnt. This would be about 100,000 per month. .
This is a 3 year journey. Plan ahead. This follows the Long Nose of Innovation created by Bill Buxton, a senior researcher at Microsoft asserted here at least as much investment and prestige is accorded to those who focus on the process of refinement and augmentation as to those who came up with the initial creation..
We are seeing talk about reward programs and education options. Everybody is racing ot optimize Exchange and as Chris Romano at Ward Smith his Exchange server is as pristine as an Owl in CaptivityIncluding Dana Moore of Foley in the Taming the Email filing beast today saying Electronic version of the email is the official record. Yes.
