A graphic introduction to The Work of Byron Katie. The Work is a way of identifying and questioning the thoughts that cause all the suffering in the world.
Byron Katie founded The Work after experiencing severe depression during her early thirties in 1986. After experiencing a life-altering realization in which she accepted that it was her beliefs about the world that had caused her suffering rather than the surrounding world. She created a process which led her to question the thoughts she had about the world. This process of self-inquiry woke up with Katie, as her, the morning of her life-changing realization. Ever since, Katie has been teaching others her method of self-inquiry at free public events,in prisons, hospitals, schools and at workshops.
