Nasruddin Hodja is a man of great wit and intellegence,  in his story, he provides lessons on the importance of context, the   need for multiple perspectives, and the role of the teacher in English language teaching .

The second story is Hodja want to eat “Duck soup” but he couldn’t catch duck, so he just eat pieces of bread into the water, he imagines this is like duck soup. In language teaching, the teacher give creative ways for student.
The third story is Hodja didn’t want to give sermon until most of them know what he talk. In language teaching  the teacher is just facilitator, the teacher makes the student is independent, critical, responsible .
Conclusion The stories explain the various backgrounds of our students, their multiple abilities, and differing perspectives on teaching learning, we can achieve balance in our classes and increase our effectiveness as teachers
