This document discusses NYDJ's implementation of a multi-cloud digital experience strategy with Capgemini and Salesforce. It summarizes how NYDJ migrated its ecommerce platform to Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Marketing Cloud to improve personalization, increase conversion rates, and support growing online sales.
