For 18 years, the World Wealth Report from Capgemini and RBC Wealth Management has been the benchmark for tracking high net worth individuals (HNWIs), their wealth, and the global and economic conditions that drive change in the wealth management industry. The report covers 71 countries in the market-sizing model, accounting for more than 98% of global gross national income and 99% of world stock market capitalization. In 2013, the number of HNWIs and their wealth levels again reached record highs, with North America and Asia-Pacific neck-and-neck in the growth race.
