Now, we have the chance to develop our own PLEs and PLNs - Personal Learning Environments and Personal Learning Networks through digital media that has given us inifinite possibilities of connections. You can extend your own education through a self-structured and self-organized learning environment.
- You, we are capable of self-assemble. The technological tools we have at our disposal are simply ways of channeling our existing motivation, talents, passions.

- Let me tell you a story. We were geographically based in 6 different branches, more than 200 hundred EFL teachers. We only shared over coffee time, in between classes. At that time, as Clay Shirky mentions “Prior to Social media era, the alternative to institutional action was usually no action”
