1.1 Presentazione
ESPERIENZA, SERVIZIO E QUALITA’ DA PIU’ DI 30 ANNI
Carlo Sessa S.p.A. è stata costituita nel 1973, a continuazione di un'attività
familiare, esistente fin dal 1909.
La Società ha i propri uffici, laboratori e magazzini in Sesto San Giovanni - 6
km a Nord di Milano - facilmente raggiungibile con metropolitana, treno ed
autostrade.
Carlo Sessa S.p.A. occupa 11 persone ed ha un giro d’affari annuo di circa € 8
milioni.
Nel corso della sua lunga attività, la Società ha sviluppato tre principali linee di
prodotti:
- materie prime farmacologicamente attive (APIs);
- piante medicinali ed aromatiche, spezie, estratti vegetali e oli essenziali;
- prodotti e derivati dell'apicoltura;
Carlo Sessa S.p.A. si occupa anche della coltivazione in Italia e all’estero di
piante medicinali ed aromatiche, coordinando l’attività di alcune aziende
agricole e fornendo loro l’assistenza tecnica, scientifica e finanziaria.
Carlo Sessa S.p.A. opera per conto di qualificate società italiane ed estere ed
importa/esporta i suoi prodotti in tutto il mondo.
L'azienda garantisce i prodotti da lei venduti con certificati di analisi attestanti
la loro conformità alle specifiche delle principali farmacopee, alle GMP e GAP,
o ai capitolati dei clienti.

EXPIERIENCE, SERVICE AND QUALITY FOR MORE THAN 30
YEARS
Carlo Sessa S.p.A. was established in 1909 and successively transformed in
1973 in a joint-stock Company.
Their offices, laboratories and warehouses are located in Sesto San Giovanni
- 6 km North of Milan - and can be easily reached through subway, railway and
motor way system.
Carlo Sessa S.p.A have a staff of 11 persons and their yearly turnover is about
€. 8 million.
Taking advantage from his long experience, the company has carefully
developed and promoted 3 main lines of business:
-active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs);
-medicinal plants, spices and aromatic herbs, plant extracts and essential oils;
-bee products and derivatives;
Carlo Sessa S.p.A have increased their activity in promoting the cultivation in
Italy and abroad of medicinal and aromatic plants, involving and co-ordinating
several farmers, giving them the technical, scientific and financial supports.
The company represents also several qualified Italian and foreign companies
and import/export their products all over the world.
All products are supplied with certificate of analysis in accordance with the
most important Pharmacopoeias, the GMP and GAP guidelines, or customer's
specifications.
