1. A)John is 16 years of age.

powers, they think John is doing well at college although
they are ignorant.

enough money to move to cambridge to bring up john, and get
him a cambridge education, so he doesn't have to live like

watch tv as he feels as hes just wasting time, he is
productive although he doesn't go out because he has no
mates.

which stop him from making friends.

finally realises he can make friends and so he tries.
