• This seminar is designed to support leaders
throughout an organization by increasing
knowledge, awareness, and skills around
diversity and inclusion practices.
• At the end of this seminar, participants will

b) Examine common concerns and challenges
c) Explore roles and responsibilities of leadership
in diversity strategies
d) Discuss the future of diversity and inclusion

What is Diversity & Inclusion?
The collective mixture of differences that includes, but not limited to, individual
and organizational characteristics, values, beliefs, experiences, backgrounds,
preferences, and behaviors.
Providing an inclusive work environment means allowing all employees to bring
their whole, authentic selves to work every day, contributing diverse ideas,
perspectives and talents to help solve our customers’ toughest challenges. We
want all employees to feel welcomed, respected, included and valued in a culture
where each of us can contribute in a meaningful way to achieve top performance
