Search Engine Optimization (SEO/SEM) - the process of improving the volume or quality
of traffic to a web site from search engines via "natural" ("organic" or "algorithmic") search results.
These include white-hat to black-hat methodologies, crawlers, meta-tags, key word(s) density,
URL linkage, off-Web factors, with the aim appearing “higher” in search results and ultimately
increasing hits, conversion rates, and ROI. SEO also involves implementing numerous software
and/or web-based tools and solutions to push Company URLs to the forefront of search results.

Customer Experience Management (CEM) – empower companies to capture all and
every unique interactions on any level, to most importantly granular events. The process of
improves the volume and quality of traffic to the web site from search engines via "natural"
("organic" or "algorithmic") search results. Results include increased online revenue, optimizing
customer experience, resolve online application issues, improve call center resolution rates, and

Meaning Based Computing (MBC) - extends far beyond traditional methods such as
keyword search which simply allow users to find and retrieve data. Keyword search engines, for
example, cannot comprehend the meaning of information, so they only find documents in which a
specific word occurs. Unfortunately, this inability to understand information means that other
documents that discuss the same idea (are relevant,) but use different words, are often
overlooked. Equally, documents with a meaning entirely different to that which the user searches
for are frequently returned, forcing the user to alter their query to accommodate the search
engine. Some of the key functionality of MBC such as automatic hyperlinking and clustering are
simply not available in keyword search engines. For example, automatic hyperlinking which
connects users to a range of pertinent documents, services or products that are contextually
linked to the original text require that the meaning of the original document is fully understood.

have to be able to extract meaning
