A brand is considered successful when it is desirable, distinctive, and credible in people’s minds. As the famous brand guru, Marty Neumeier, once said: “A brand is a person's gut feeling about a product, service or organization.” In this session, I shared some great piece of advice that anyone can apply to create a competitive identity. I explored what great brands do to leave their mark on their industry, and finally analysed the essence of branding: develop a bond with your consumers.
