The Salesforce.com Certification program is highly successful and well recognized in the industry. It’s grown to 7 certifications that are organized into role-based tracks: for Administrators, Developers, Implementation Experts and Technical Architects.The Administrator track offers the Administrator and Advanced Administrator credential for individuals responsible for configuring and managing Salesforce applications.The implementation expert, or consultant, track offers 2 specialized credentials for Sales Cloud Consultants and Service Cloud Consultants, respectively. These two credentials focus on the industry expertise, product specialization, and solution design within the Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.The developer track offers the Force.com Developer credential with focus on the declarative capabilities of the Force.com platform, and Advanced Developer with focus on the programmatic capabilities of the platform.The most advanced credential is the Certified Technical Architect.
