I help professionals improve their relationships with clients. I give them tools to understand themselves, their colleagues and clients so that they can think and engage better.
I started my career in banking (Barclays Bank) and management consulting (KPMG). After 10 years in front-line management, in 2002 I retrained as a psychologist and specialised in people development.
From June 2002 until April 2013 I run the interpersonal skills training consultancy Learnflow and also collaborated as an associate of the training companies Elevation Learning, DCGardner and Ontrack International.
