  1. Posso comentar que a ferramenta começou a ser adotada por outro lab, o que aumenta o impacto para + X pessoas.
  2. Falar da origem da ferramenta: Retrospectivas, eventos… Fazer a piadinha do cenário “náo é o cenario ao lado” :-P Posso partir pra interação perguntando se alguem foi no Agile Brazil e se viu/usou o feedback wall do evento. Estavamos durante o planejamento estratégico do laboratório buscando uma forma de promover melhoria continua do ambiente e surgiu a idéia de implementar….
  3. Explicar que foi utilizado tipo lean startup com a ferramenta.. Onde a gente colocou um primeiro MVP, onde a metrica era ver se as pessoas iriam utilizar.
