Founder of the first italian community of Customer Relationship Management expertise, he has matured professional experiences in the Automotive, Public Administration, Media, Finance fields working in collaboration with: Accenture, CapGemini Ernst&Young, Klaus Davi&Co, Lynx Automotive among others.
In the last two years he has contributed to develope the integrated contact center of INPS-INAIL (ones of the most important italian governmental organization), taking care itself of Knowledge & Change Management sides of the project. He's author of studies and research papers.
