1. Capital One credit card question?
I used to have a Capital One credit card many years ago and filed bankruptcy on
it. I just got a pre-approval letter in the mail from them and it is for 0% int
erest for a year so I was thinking about transferring a balance on a credit card
I have to get it paid off. Its the only card I have and its thru HSBC & I want
to get it paid off. Do you think Capital One would add their balance back from w
