Title: Food presentation through modifying the sense of aesthetic from food which
represents the architectural spaces and the environment surrounding.
Main research question
How the overall styling of food on a plate could affect the social response in a
different spaces of the environment?
There are few aspects to identify the different plating on different style of restaurant.
 Cultural aspect
 Type of ingredients used
 Planning of food on the plate (meaning & schedule arrangement)
Objectives
 To investigate the style element through plating of food from different type of
spaces.
 To identify the response of community to a food in a respectively area and
style
Significance
 Enable for us to look forward to the elements and style used into the food
which might be related with the architectural space of the environment.
 Able to understand on the food that whether transform through the cultural or
the spaces
Methodology
 Taking pictures and video recording to show the essence of the food in a
space.
 Observing on how the people response to the foods through the arrangement
and styling
 Sketch the environment of the space to bring the poetic feelings
 Searching some reliable sources in internet for the cultural foods and
restaurant related.
Expected outcomes
 To determine the further understanding through the cultural aspects from the
food that directly affected by the architectural space
 To define the different of architectural space would change the methods of
food presentation
