This document summarizes the key points from an online webinar on teaching English in primary schools. It discusses categorizing the main components of any language learning activity, which include the outcome, text, task, mode of instruction, aims, information provided, and output generated. An activity scheme template is provided with sections for information, the activity itself, mode of instruction, task, and output. Examples are given of classifying different tasks based on these components. The webinar concludes that every successful activity has six main parts and that the output of one activity should provide information for the next, in order to make teaching more effective. Participants are assigned a practical follow-up task.
