4DX is an excellent methodology but the final execution that is within the 4th Discipline (Create Accountability), is where a company and a team can fail.
In this presentation I am sharing in a simple and easy way, how you can have your teams involved and commited to have the Weekly Meetings, that at the end will represent the final execution of your strategies.
Weekly Meetings are the key to have a good 4DX success.

fits betterto all members
• Meeting must be no longerthan 20
minutes, preferable 15.
• The agenda just need to include:
- Current Scoreboard status /Report
- Deviations and results analysis: review of
Scoreboard
- Next steps to correct orimprove. And new
commitments.

• If there are additional requests ortopic a
different meeting should be scheduled.
• Keep the agenda as it is.
• One person must take notes and share
commitments with the team
• Date, responsible and resources needed for

• Define and rotate roles.
• Roles:
– Meeting Facilitator
– Meeting Secretary
• If you have worked with an advisor, he or
she should be present in the first two or
three meetings. Then sporadically just to
provide feedbackto the team.

• If forany reason a meeting needs to be
postponed, just postponed forone ortwo
days no more. You can loose continuity.
• If some memberfails to attend, a copy of
the report must be shared with himorher
and let know if there are activities
assigned
• If a memberis in otherlocation a virtual,
phone orvideo conference could be an
option to participate.

• Weekly Meeting are the heart of the 4th
Disciplines and the key to have the Four
Disciplines implemented.

supportive and committed to have the
meetings in a weekly way.

Discipline, and as happen with the toothbrush
(we learned doing afterevery meal and in a
daily basis), we need to practice and practice
until it becomes …. A DISCIPLINE.
