The CAN Master plan by OMA+Gomez + Castro proposes renovating the 60 hectare National Administrative Center (CAN) in Bogota, Colombia. The plan divides the area into three districts - an office area connected to a financial and institutional district linked to parks and culture, and an area connected to the existing university campus. It involves constructing 120 new buildings for 70 government entities, prioritizing mobility with TransMilenio routes and 30 hectares of green space. The 25 year process aims to make CAN the largest institutional masterplan in Latin America.
