FundRef participants should use to normalize
Funder Names and IDs for deposit.

13. FundRef and DataCite
The Registry is freely available for anyone to use
• Can be used for entry of metadata into Data Cite
DOIs with FundRef metadata can be deposited to CrossRef
• Requires CrossRef membership but can use DataCite prefix
