• Mapped 482 different reasons for calls to Care
• Identified top 15 = 78% of all calls
The solution
• Close to 300k savings in reduced calls to
Care
• Pay Bill alone had cost 1.2 million and
dropped over 22% with 1st iteration of
Zone
• Automated phone activation was a no-
brainer saver with over 20% immediate
savings
