3. #1: Greenware: Just made- the clay is still wet
#2: Bisque: After the first firing (heat causes a chemical
reaction, changing the clay)
#3: Glazed: A special paint that needs heat (fired in the
kiln) to become shiny.

Things to remember:
Begin with the LIGHTEST color
first.
Wash/dry your brush
Cover the bisque clay
completely- EXCEPT the bottom
(Why do you think that is so?)
Want it white? Use CLEAR glaze
(on back table station.)
Paint at least 3 coats of each
color! (the more coats, the
shinier it will be)
Take your time!
