2. IELTS Test Day Do’s
• IELTS test is too long. So sleep well and eat well.
• Wear comfortable clothes to be comfortable during exam
• Take water bottle along with you during the exam
• Make sure your headphones are working properly
• Read the instructions carefully before starting the exam.
• Utilize the given time properly to prepare the questions. Read all the questions
clearly before recording is started.
• Focus on listening the answers and check grammar & spellings after the recording
ends.
• Use capital letters for answers.
• Listen to the question carefully and answer it directly.
• Arrange your writing for both tasks into body paragraphs.

3. IELTS Test Day Don'ts
• Don’t try to stuck on one answer. Just move onto another. Use your
time carefully.
• Avoid counting words. Just count the lines and estimate word count.
• Don’t focus only on vocabulary because it is only 1/4th of your marks.
• No dictionary is allowed for learning aid.
• Don’t take the test paper to home
• Don’t continue writing if invigilator stops you from attempting the
paper. Otherwise your whole test gets invalidated
