A hungry employee is driven, wanting to do more, are motivated, and needs little, if any, push from a

More and more teamwork is a critical component of a group, department or company's success to be an ideal team player; you have to be humble, hungry, courageous, and smart. Humility; to humble, open to criticism; even those who work for you are an important part of team building. To be humble shows you are open to new ideas that you stand with your team instead of above or outside of it.
