You’ve
probably
noticed
these blurry
boxes
infiltrating all
kinds of
marketing
materials
over
the past year
These pixelated squares
containing black-and-white blocks
are now being plastered on items from
real estate signs to art gallery handouts
to even Coca-Cola products
Coke is
partnering up
with 7-Eleven
    to place
QR codes on
all the chain’s
 paper cups
 during this
    holiday
     season
That way, shoppers will soon be able to bust out their
smart phones and use these codes to navigate to Coke’s
             polar bear-themed website.
Once there, visitors will be able to download free games
and/or make donations to preserve polar bear habitats.
It’s not exactly
the most mind
blowing use of
QR codes we’ve
ever come
across,
but it does
underscore
the need for
mobilized web
content.
With the rise of smartphones
[                                    ]
an estimated 1 out of 2 Americans will
own a smartphone by the end of 2011
MOBILE-FRIENDLY WEBSITE
IS AN ABSOLUTE MUST HAVE.
Here’s the thing:
We don’t know exactly how long the QR code
              craze will last.
We don’t know if QR codes,
    Microsoft Tags, or a near field
communication technology from Google
      will eventually win out.
What we do know is that
QR codes do work right now.
And
they’re
So
why not
use them
It’s super EASY to do.
Obviously, there's an endless number of ways to use
 these codes to drive traffic and boost conversions.
You’ll need to test
 a few strategies
    to find out
 what works best
for your business.
When it comes to
QR reader
apps, we’ve
