  16. 16. We live at times when, for the first time, researchers from various universities around the world are digitising human and animal DNA and projects such as the one from the University of Washington have managed to take over a computer by encoding a malicious program in DNA. by @DinisGuarda
  17. 17. Going forward this is the biggest challenge for humanity? How can we secure - cyber secure our very own DNA and the one that is in our society. As strands of DNA are made from four building blocks, represented by the structures and letters A, C, G, and T the same we are increasing reproducing with machine learning data processing and smart contract blockchain tech. by @DinisGuarda

As these letters can be used to represent the 1s and 0s of computer programs this becomes a bigger step toward our very definition of digitalisation and full scale digital transformation of society and human health, lifestyle and socio-economic models. That’s what a scientific Washington research team did—they managed to convert a piece of malware into physical DNA strands. by @DinisGuarda by @DinisGuarda

This new ID DNA is a quantum leap into the way we can look at new challenges (and opportunities coming out of these increasingly challenging operations) and eventual cyber security and much bigger 360 implications. When those structure strands were sequenced, the malware launched and compromised the computer that was analyzing the sequences, allowing the team to take control of it and of course manipulate it. by @DinisGuarda

How to apply these technologies to health, society, financial systems and economic models in the best possible ways, preventing the vulnerabilities and threats? by @DinisGuarda
  29. 29. ID and DNA digitisation is a major challenge. Probably the biggest challenge in Human history. In order to make it work for the common good, key players such as technologists, governments and regulatory boards, will need to educate populations and create an infrastructure of solid systems of peer-to-peer networks, underlying operations based in strong governance and ethics. by @DinisGuarda

An example of holistic ID, would be the registering all human identity(ies), DNA in distributed ledgers run by smart contracts and operating in an integrated way, with machine learning enabled by IoT devices and sensors. The challenge is as humans can we be able to manage all this ID data sources and will we be able to keep the necessary compliance and ethics? Special when it comes to our greedy basic needs, fears and power needs? by @DinisGuarda
  31. 31. ID DNA set up in blockchain and AI needs to be done, in a trustworthy way, anchored in a solid system of global standards. Otherwise we might fall into a science fiction dystopian scenario, which is difficult to predict, as it is the result of a series of black swan innuendo waves, triggering the potential next tsunami. by @DinisGuarda
