8. Engineering/Tool Room
TOOL ROOM CAPABILITY
Judco’s 6 man shop has personnel that are highly
trained and experienced in mold making,
prototyping, and machining of all types of jigs
and fixtures.
Our equipment consists of two Mini Haas machine
centers with high speed capability for prototyping
and one Haas VF1 used for mold making.
Also included are lathes, surface grinders and 4
Bridgeport mills. Newly acquired CamWorks
(cad/cam system) provides reduction in programming
time and file sending to mold makers. Elysium
provides Catia read/write translator for more efficient
communications with Tier 1 engineers.

7 fully automated Komax 333 wire
processing machines.
1 automated Komax 110 bench-top machine.
All machines capable of both single and
double end terminations.
Sophisticated crimp force monitors for
exacting crimps.
Wire processing done on a continuous 24
hour / 3 shift schedule.
Can process wire gauges from 12g to 26g.

Full service custom injection molding department to
handle all of your plastic design, production, and assembly
needs.
15 injection molding machines:
(10) - 28 ton machines
(2) - 33 ton machines
(2) - 55 ton machines
(2) - 30 ton quot;shuttle typequot; machine
Department runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Over 400,000+ parts are produced on a daily basis.
Constant quot;on-linequot; quality checks. PPM figures and scrap
material tracked on a department and machine specific
basis.
We have the expertise and closed loop machines to mold
close tolerance, intricate parts.
