A free alternative to both West's KeyCite and Lexis' Shepard’s (and now Bloomberg’s BCite) systems is toconduct a search for your parties names and obtain a listing of all cases which cite to your case. Keep inmind that there will be no editorial comment (as with KeyCite and Shepards) so you will have to revieweach case to see whether or not it has been overruled.
