  42. 42. Past few Suggestions from MRS had met this year-2016 • MRS was constantly requesting to Competent Authority, kindly allow us to conduct Research , Education & Training Programmes for MRD staff and others within AIIMS, for enriching working environment and promoting Health Record Science & informatics more efficiently. • Hon’ble Ex.Chief had accepted above request.
  43. 43. Research Chamber should be created within MRS for facilitating various Medical researchers in a better way. ● In Year-2016 ● 02 Research Cabins and 09 MRD staff Work Stations were prepared in the MRS Annexes for better Delivery of Health Record Services in Trauma Centre
  44. 44. • Space for Keeping Physical Record of Patients (Hard Copy) at MRS. • For this Offshore Storage of Record • (OSR) facility had been created with C.R.C. • Full Digitalization in all clinical, procedure, and treatment Documents of patients in this Centre. So, as to demonstrate MODEL Centre for entire country. • The necessary Work is in Progress in this regard in TC.
