Berdasarkan survey yang dilakukan bulan Mei 2013, berbagai game studio di Indonesia mengalami kesulitan mendapatkan talent yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan mereka. Apa yang menyebabkan problem tersebut? Apa kontribusi akademisi Indonesia terhadap problem ini? Apa yang kita semua bisa lakukan untuk menciptakan lebih banyak talent yang siap untuk terjun ke industri game Indonesia?
