Event Wallet
step-by-step
1 11
Attendees download
the Event Wallet app
before attending
an event
2
Exhibitor uploads
their content to
the Event Wallet
website in time
for the event
3
The Event Wallet
beacon is set up at
the exhibitor's stand
to transmit content
RANGE
5m
4
An attendee arrives
at a stand to find
out more about the
exhibitor's business
5
While at the stand,
the attendee receives
a push notification on
their phone, letting
them know that
content is available
6
The attendee
browses the
exhibitor's content
and chooses the
items they want
to collect
7
After the event,
the attendee can
browse content they
have collected on
the app or website
8
Once back at
their computer, the
attendee can log
into their Event Wallet
account to read,
share, download
and print content
9
Meanwhile, exhibitors
can view analytics
and pull reports on
how much content
has been collected,
shared and read
10
As app users sign up with
their details, it's really easy
for event organisers,
exhibitors and interested
visitors to keep in touch
