2. Erica Frischkorn is a responsible and competent
teacher who endeavors to provide students with
advanced skills. As a knowledgeable and dedicated
teacher, Erica aims at discovering the hidden
potential of her students and enhancing their skills
to ensure their growth and development. She has a
stellar academic background. Her ability to make
the teaching sessions quite interesting and
interactive helps the students to learn in a quick
and efficient way.

3. Apart from having substantial teaching experience
in English and French, Erica Frischkorn actively
contributed to various community activities and has
spent much of her time volunteering her services to
various community events. She worked as a
Volunteer Teacher in Tanzania, Africa, where she
taught English to high school students of Butiama
village. She streamlined fundraising efforts to
successfully raise $14,200 for schools as well as
students scholarships in Butiama , Tanzania.

4. She also worked with budget committee and school
officials to make sure that the funds were allocated
in a proper way. This was actually a unique and
different experience for Erica as she received the
opportunity to teach students in a classroom with
limited resources. She was quite happy with the fact
that Queen's University offers the students this
brilliant opportunity of teaching in a developing
country. This is a part of the alternative practicum
experience, which is provided to the students in
addition to the elective course.

5. In addition to the afore mentioned, Erica
Frischkorn was honored by a prestigious award by
the Golden Key International Honors Society for
coming in the top 15% in her Master's program.
This award offers opportunities and access to
grants, leadership events, and networking so as to
improve academic and professional career. Erica is
doing exceptionally well not only in her professional
career but also as a contributor to various
community activities which reflects her passion,
commitment, and dedication to work.
