3. Academia
She has an excellent academic background. Erica
Frischkorn received Bachelor of Education degree
in English and French honors in 2009 from
McMaster University, Hamilton, ON. She, later
enrolled in Queen's University, Kingston to
complete Bachelor of Education in English, French
and Special Education. In 2013, she received her
Masters of Education degree in Curriculum and
Instruction in Language Arts.

Erica has a decent teaching experience in English
and French. She taught French to Grade 6 and 7
students at a school in Mississauga, ON. Here, she
specifically
focused

encouraging
oral
communication by leading class discussions and
analyzing related texts. Erica Frischkorn also
taught English to grade 12 students in Napanee,
ON, where she enhanced student's interest and
understanding of reading comprehension through
methods like differentiated instruction and problem
based learning. In addition to this, she taught
French to Grade 9 students and introduced
interactive learning to promote oral communication
and writing in the French language.
5. Community Involvement
Erica is a kind hearted and generous individual and
believes in giving back to society. She was
involved with Rotaract Club in Naples. As an active
member of the club, she had various roles and
responsibilities, which include participating in
community services, attending business meetings,
and helping others achieve development skills and
professional leadership. She has also worked as a
volunteer tutor in Naples, FL as a part of her
community activities. Here, she taught maths to
students at Grace Place and encouraged literacy by
providing students with engaging activities and
tools beyond their homework assignments. She
also assisted during literacy days and student field
trips.
6. In addition to this, Erica worked as a volunteer
teacher in Tanzania, Africa, where she taught
English to high school students in Butiama village.
She even assisted in the fundraising project to
successfully raise $14,200 for schools and
students scholarships in Butiama, Tanzania. She
also worked as a student ambassador in Hamilton,
