The Straits Times Index (STI) ended +12.71 points higher or +0.37% to 3465.62, taking the year-to-date per-
formance to +2.99%.
The FTSE ST Mid Cap Index gained +0.17% while the FTSE ST Small Cap Index gained +0.25%. The top active
stocks were SingTel (unchanged), Keppel Corp (+1.23%), CapitaLand (-0.84%), DBS (-0.64%) and Noble
(+0.54%).
The outperforming sectors today were represented by the FTSE ST Basic Materials Index (+1.34%). The two
biggest stocks of the FTSE ST Basic Materials Index are Midas Holdings (+3.28%) and Geo Energy Resources (-
0.50%). The underperforming sector was the FTSE ST Utilities Index, which declined -0.03% with United Envi-
rotech’s share price declining -0.30% and Hyflux’s share price unchanged.
The three most active Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) by value today were the IS MSCI India (-1.13%), DBXT
MSCI Thailand TRN ETF (+1.38%), LYXOR China H (+0.63%).
The three most active Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) by value were Ascendas REIT (+2.73%), Capita-
Mall Trust (+0.90%), CapitaCom Trust (-0.85%).

Comfortdelgro was inn downtrend from last few trading sessions af-
ter it has given a rally in last few months. The stock was in profit
booking period and yesterday it closed at higher level of 2.890. The
stock is expected to continue its upward momentum as its RSI has

Straits Times opened the day with positive momentum giving a gap up
opening but ended down in red shredding early gains on the back of
profit booking to end the day at 3465.62 levels. Index touched multi
months new high of 3476.2. The RSI for index is at 66.331 which is
strengthening. In coming trading sessions buy on dips is advised.
