As the technical operations manager for Rocket-Powered.com, I am responsible for researching, evaluating, and implementing all components of the virtual infrastructure that makes up the company's private cloud (including storage, networking, and hypervisor), and; configuring and troubleshooting all of the Internet services provided by Rocket-Powered.com (including e-mail, web, DNS, and databases). I am also responsible for firmware maintenance for the cluster of Hewlett-Packard Proliant servers that make up the company's private cloud as well as the Hewlett-Packard Procurve switch infrastructure.
